If the service doesn’t work for you, contact support within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. No long forms, no runaround.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to first-time purchases within the 7-day window. We may first try to fix the issue — wrong setup, device incompatibility or a connection problem — because most issues are solved in minutes. If we can’t make it work on a fault on our side, you get your money back.

How to Request a Refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@airplustv.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days depending on your bank or processor.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or where abuse of the service is detected (such as credential sharing or reselling), may not be eligible.
