These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AirPlusTV website and subscription service. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

AirPlusTV provides access to streaming software and a subscription that lets you load channel playlists into compatible IPTV player apps. We provide the credentials, setup guides and support; you supply a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

You are responsible for the content you choose to access through third-party player apps and for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

Subscriptions & Payment

Plans are sold for fixed durations (3, 6 or 12 months, plus multi-screen options). Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — your access simply expires at the end of the term unless you purchase a new plan.

Login credentials are delivered by email and WhatsApp, typically within 15 minutes of payment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, share publicly, or redistribute your credentials beyond the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. Abuse of the service may result in suspension without refund.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. While we operate on dedicated, peak-load-tested infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific channel or stream, as these depend on third-party sources and your own connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirPlusTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
